Todd Irwin graduated from the University of Denver, College of Law with honors and was admitted to the Order of St. Ives. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Denver, College of Law; and speaks about immigration law topics at national and local conferences and community and pro bono functions. He has been featured on television and in newspaper articles regarding immigration law legal matters and has published articles in The Colorado Lawyer, Trial Talk, the official journal of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and in the NY Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association 2002 Conference Handbook and other legal journals and handbooks. From 2003 until 2006 he served as a national liaison member to the Immigration Service's Nebraska Service Center and serves on several national law association committees.   He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and served as a member of the Board of Governors in 2005 and 2006. He is admitted to practice before the Colorado state courts, the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and nationwide before the US Citizenship & Immigration Services, and the US Department of Labor.
